1. Acceptance of these Terms

By accessing the Lumarity website, submitting a registration, purchasing the Lumarity Life Assessment, or using any related digital materials, you agree to these Terms of Service, our Privacy Policy, and our Refund Policy.

If you do not agree, do not submit a registration, complete a purchase, or use the assessment.

2. Business identity

Lumarity is operated by Kian Trade Inc. from Burlington, Ontario, Canada.

3. Product description

The Lumarity Life Assessment is a structured digital assessment product offered as a one-time purchase for reflective adults. It includes:

• a structured online assessment delivered across six reflection stages;
• software and AI-assisted organization, analysis, synthesis, and structured draft preparation using the information you provide;
• human review for quality and consistency before the personalized report is delivered;
• a personalized PDF report containing insights, priorities, and practical next-step recommendations.

The standard product does not include telephone, video, or in-person coaching, counselling, or consultation. It is not a subscription unless a separate future product is clearly identified as one before purchase.

4. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into a binding agreement to register or purchase. By submitting the registration form, you confirm that you meet these requirements.

5. Registration and communications

You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration. You are responsible for ensuring that you can access the email address you provide.

Lumarity may use that email address to send secure payment instructions, payment-related information, assessment access, clarification requests, progress communications, service notices, and completed report.

Submitting a registration does not create a paid order and does not guarantee acceptance. A purchase is completed only after the applicable payment is successfully processed.

6. Pricing, currency, and payment

The current price of the Lumarity Life Assessment is €49 as displayed on the website, unless a different valid price is clearly presented before purchase. It is a one-time payment.

Lumarity is currently in its pre-checkout registration phase. No live checkout is presented on this website until payment processing is approved and activated. Registered customers receive the applicable secure payment instructions by email.

Once Paddle checkout is activated, our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns. Paddle’s buyer terms, privacy notice, refund process, and payment policies will also apply to transactions processed through Paddle.

Any applicable taxes, payment methods, billing details, and final amount will be shown before you complete payment. You will have an opportunity to review and correct payment information before confirming the transaction.

7. Assessment access and delivery

After successful payment confirmation, Lumarity will send assessment access to the email address provided during registration.

The personalized report is normally delivered within 5–7 business days after:

• all required assessment stages have been completed;
• all required information has been received; and
• any requested clarification has been provided.

Business days exclude weekends and public holidays in Ontario, Canada. Delivery timing is an estimate and may be affected by incomplete information, clarification requirements, technical issues, or circumstances outside reasonable control. Lumarity will communicate material delays when reasonably possible.

8. Your responsibilities

You agree to:

• provide information honestly and to the best of your knowledge;
• avoid submitting information about another person without a lawful basis and appropriate permission;
• keep assessment links and delivered materials private and secure;
• review the report thoughtfully and use your own judgment when deciding what action to take;
• seek qualified professional support where a matter requires medical, psychological, legal, financial, emergency, or other regulated expertise.

9. Important limitations of the service

Lumarity is a structured digital self-reflection and clarity assessment product. It is not psychotherapy, counselling, diagnosis, medical treatment, crisis intervention, legal advice, financial advice, or another regulated professional service.

The report may identify patterns, possibilities, tensions, or priorities based on the information you provide. These are interpretive insights, not objective facts, clinical conclusions, predictions, or guarantees of any outcome. The report is intended to support reflection and decision-making, not to replace your own judgment.

Lumarity is not an emergency service. If you believe you or another person may be in immediate danger, contact the emergency services or an appropriate crisis provider in your location.

10. Cancellations and refunds

Refund eligibility depends on the status of the order and the extent to which digital access, assessment processing, analysis, or report preparation has begun.

Please read the separate Refund Policy before purchasing. Nothing in that policy or these Terms limits any non-waivable right available under applicable consumer protection law.

11. Intellectual property and permitted use

The Lumarity website, assessment structure, questions, methodology, reports, templates, visual design, written content, and related materials are owned by or licensed to Lumarity and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

When you purchase the assessment, Lumarity grants you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use your delivered report for your own private, non-commercial purposes.

You may not, without prior written permission:

• copy, reproduce, publish, sell, license, distribute, or commercially exploit Lumarity materials;
• share assessment access publicly or permit another person to complete the assessment under your identity;
• remove ownership notices, branding, or other identifiers;
• reverse engineer, scrape, systematically extract, or create a competing product from Lumarity content or methodology.

12. Acceptable use

You may not use the website or assessment to violate law, infringe another person’s rights, introduce malicious code, interfere with service operation, attempt unauthorized access, submit deceptive information, or engage in abusive, fraudulent, or harmful conduct.

13. Privacy and personal information

Lumarity processes personal information in accordance with its Privacy Policy. Because the assessment may involve sensitive personal reflections, you should submit only information that is relevant and that you are comfortable providing for the stated purpose.

14. Service availability and changes

Lumarity may update, improve, suspend, or discontinue parts of the website or assessment where reasonably necessary. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access, but we will take reasonable steps to maintain service quality and address material technical problems.

15. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Lumarity is provided on an “as available” basis without a guarantee that the assessment or report will produce a particular personal, professional, financial, relationship, health, or other outcome.

You remain responsible for your decisions and actions. Lumarity is not responsible for losses arising from reliance on the service as a substitute for qualified professional advice, from inaccurate or incomplete information supplied by you, or from uses of the service that are inconsistent with these Terms.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Lumarity and Kian Trade Inc. will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages. Where liability cannot lawfully be excluded, aggregate liability relating to the purchased assessment will not exceed the amount paid for that assessment, except where a higher amount is required by mandatory law.

16. Suspension or termination

Lumarity may suspend or terminate access where there is suspected fraud, misuse, unlawful activity, a material breach of these Terms, a security risk, or conduct that threatens the service, another user, Lumarity, a payment provider, or another third party.

Any refund in these circumstances will be determined under the Refund Policy and applicable law.

17. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the applicable federal laws of Canada, without limiting any mandatory consumer protection that applies in your place of residence.

Before starting formal proceedings, please contact Lumarity so that we can attempt to resolve the issue in good faith. Nothing in this section prevents either party from using a court, tribunal, regulator, payment-provider process, or other remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded.

18. Changes to these Terms

Lumarity may update these Terms to reflect changes in the product, law, payment arrangements, security requirements, or business operations. The “Last updated” date will identify the current version.

The Terms in effect when you complete a purchase will generally apply to that transaction, unless a change is required by law or is more favourable to you.
