What is Lumarity?
Lumarity is a structured digital life assessment product for adults. It helps you reflect on your current life, understand important patterns, identify priorities, and receive a personalized PDF report with practical next steps.
Is Lumarity therapy or counselling?
No. Lumarity is not psychotherapy, counselling, diagnosis, medical treatment, crisis intervention, legal advice, financial advice, or a substitute for qualified professional services.
Who is Lumarity for?
Lumarity is designed for reflective adults who want a clearer understanding of their current circumstances, priorities, strengths, challenges, and possible next direction.
Do I need to be in a crisis to use Lumarity?
No. Lumarity is intended for reflection and clarity, not emergency support. If you or another person may be in immediate danger, contact local emergency services or an appropriate crisis provider.
The Lumarity Life Assessment
What is included in the standard digital product.
What does the €49 assessment include?
It includes six guided online assessment stages, technology-assisted organization and analysis, human review for quality and consistency, and one personalized PDF report with insights, priorities, and practical next-step recommendations.
Does the standard product include a live coaching session?
No. The standard Lumarity Life Assessment is delivered online and asynchronously. No telephone, video, or in-person coaching session is included.
How many stages are there?
There are six stages covering your story, current life, self-understanding and values, future direction, everyday realities and constraints, and readiness for change.
Do I have to answer every question?
You should complete all required questions. You control how much personal detail you share, but incomplete or very limited responses may reduce the usefulness of the final report.
Can someone else complete the assessment for me?
No. The assessment and report are intended for the registered purchaser. Another person should not complete the journey under your identity.

How do I begin?
Start with the short registration form. Lumarity will then send a secure one-time payment link to the email address you provided.
Why is registration completed before payment?
The short registration allows Lumarity to collect the correct contact details, confirm adult eligibility, and send the payment link and assessment access to the right email address.
When do I receive assessment access?
Assessment access is sent after successful payment confirmation.
Do I have to complete all six stages in one sitting?
No. You may complete the stages over several days or in one sitting. Thoughtful and complete responses usually create a more useful report.
Can Lumarity ask follow-up questions?
Yes. If an important response is unclear, incomplete, or contradictory, Lumarity may request limited clarification before completing the report.
When does the 5–7 business day delivery period begin?
The delivery period begins after all required assessment stages and any requested clarifications have been completed.

Is €49 a subscription?
No. It is a one-time payment for one Lumarity Life Assessment and one personalized report.
Are there hidden fees?
No hidden service package is added. Any applicable tax, currency conversion, payment method, and final amount will be shown before you complete payment.
How is payment processed?
Lumarity sends a secure payment link. Payment is securely processed through Paddle. The checkout will show the final amount, applicable tax, and transaction terms before payment is completed.
Can I pay before registering?
The current process begins with registration so Lumarity can identify the customer correctly and send the secure payment link by email.
Will I receive a receipt?
Yes. The payment provider will issue transaction confirmation or a receipt after successful payment.

What format is the report?
The final deliverable is a personalized PDF report sent electronically to the email address associated with your order.
Is the report fully automated?
No. Software and AI-assisted tools may support organization, analysis, pattern identification, synthesis, and structured draft preparation. Human review for quality and consistency is completed before delivery.
What will the report include?
The report may include a current life snapshot, key patterns and insights, strengths, challenges, priority areas, alignment gaps, and practical next-step recommendations based on your responses.
Can Lumarity guarantee a specific result?
No. Lumarity does not guarantee a particular personal, professional, financial, relationship, health, or other outcome. The report is intended to support reflection and decision-making.
Can I request unlimited revisions?
No. The standard product includes one personalized report. Lumarity may correct a material error or delivery problem, but unlimited revisions are not included.
Privacy and technology
How Lumarity handles personal information and AI-assisted processing.
What information does Lumarity collect?
Lumarity collects registration details, assessment responses, order and transaction information, communications, technical metadata, and information generated during analysis and report preparation. Review the Privacy Policy for full details.
Should I share highly sensitive information?
Share only information that is relevant and that you are comfortable providing for the assessment. Do not submit passwords, full payment-card details, official identity documents, or unnecessary medical files.
Does Lumarity use AI?
Lumarity may use software and AI-assisted tools to organize information, identify possible patterns, support synthesis, and prepare structured working drafts. Technology-assisted output is reviewed for quality and consistency before the final report is delivered.
Does AI make important decisions about me?
No. Lumarity does not use the assessment to make automated decisions about employment, credit, insurance, housing, education, healthcare, legal status, or another similarly significant matter.
Can I request access to or deletion of my information?
Depending on applicable law and operational requirements, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, or withdrawal of consent by contacting contact@lumarity.co.
Refunds and support
What to do if you change your mind or experience a problem.
Can I receive a refund before assessment access is issued?
Yes. If payment has been completed but assessment access has not yet been issued, you may request a full refund.
What happens after assessment access begins?
Once access, processing, analysis, or report preparation has begun, refund eligibility depends on the stage of delivery, usage, applicable consumer law, and the payment provider’s rules. Review the Refund Policy.
What if I cannot access the assessment?
Contact contact@lumarity.co with your name, order email, and a description of the problem. Lumarity will attempt to restore or replace access.
What if my report is delayed?
Material delays may occur if information is incomplete, clarification is required, or a technical issue occurs. Contact Lumarity if the expected delivery period has passed without an update.
How quickly does Lumarity reply?
Lumarity usually responds within 2 business days. More complex privacy, payment, or technical matters may require additional review.
